Dassai 39
Junmai Daiginjo, 300ml. A skillfully balanced sake that strikes a wonderful compromise between Dassai “23” and “45”. It borrows some of the best qualities from each and combines them into a sake with a more subtle aroma, higher acidity, and a creamy texture. The juicy melon note provides the bouquet that fades into a crisp aftertaste.

Sho Chiku Bai Rei
Junmai Daiginjo 300ml. Rei presents a hint of white flowres, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon. In the mouth, it is smooth and lightly creamy with a savory component that comes further forward as the sake warms gradually in the glass. The delightful fruit and floral notes of this daiginjo make it a delicious all-occasion drink moreso than a typical daiginjo sake, as the soft and full body character of REI Junmai Daigijo opens it to a wider variety of food pairing.

Kaetsu Shuzo
Kirin koshinotakumi, Tokubetsu junmai, 300ml. Made by blending sake brewed with 100% Gohyakumangoku polished to 50% of the original grain size, and 55% polished Yamahai Sake of the same brewery. When chilled the freshness and acidity are easily detected, and yet when warmed the soft umami and rice notes become apparent.

Kanazawa dark ale
330ml. Balanced between flavors of bitterness, sourness and sweetness, and suprisingly light. Brewed with locally grown "six-row barley" from Ishikawa prefecture. Very flavorful beer with smoky chocolate & coffee-like aroma, with a deliciously hoppy finish.

Koshihikari Echigo
350ml. Clean, crisp and refreshing. Has a quiet intensity not found in most other rice lagers. Rice lager made with Niigata Prefecture's celebrated Koshi Hikari rice. Has fine and persistent carbonation, and a clean, crisp flavor from the super premium rice. Using the Decoction method, Echigo Brewery maximizes the flavor from the rice and malt.

Kyoto IPA
330ml. This is a full bodied brew with a hoppy counterbalance that creates a refreshing flavor and clean finish. One of the first craft beer brewers in Japan is Kizakura Co, a Kyoto-based brewery that's one of Japan's top sake producers. Kizakura started making beer back in 1995, using the same clear, pure water they've been using to make their sake.
